Sandra Oh (also known as my person, Christina Yang from ABC’S Grey’s Anatomy) made Golden Globe History several times over at this years Awards show. Being the first-ever Asian-American to host the ceremony, she became both the first Asian-American woman to win best actress in a TV drama in 39 years and the first woman of Asian descent to win multiple Globes. As if that wasn’t enough her wardrobe for the evening was created exclusively by female designers. “I decided to think of things that would make her feel confident and empowered and beautiful,” Oh’s stylist told the Hollywood Reporter. The Stella McCartney dress she wore tho! WOW! with beautiful golden puff sleeves to match her new award. She’s so talented, empowering and graceful. Love her! So glad she’s receiving the recognition she deserves.
